Disable html preview by default #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open html file with more then 500 lines.
2. Html preview will be opened automatically.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Editing of the file is very slow.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

And by "very slow" he means "freezes for 10s of seconds". This is a bug rather 
than a feature request.
