Lack of permissions, despite accepting #7

When I run this command

rsync -v pure-css-label rsync://192.168.0.213:42469/6caccc/kp_server/

I get the following error

I hope this is an error on my part and not that my device is not supported, I am using a xiaomi mi 9t fyil.
