Update file names for Rev A and Rev B #61

Update script names to denote Rev A and Rev B relay boards:

Change go_dev to go_revA
Change go_rev2 to go_revB
Change EyeBertAutomationDev.py to EyeBertAutomationRevA.py
Change EyeBertAutomationRev2.py to EyeBertAutomationRevB.py
Change template_analysis_windows.py to template_analysis_windows_RevA.py
Change template_analysis_windows_Rev2.py to template_analysis_windows_RevB.py
Update 4-point DC calibration json file names for Rev A and Rev B
Update reference template csv file names for Rev A and Rev B
