Rename package to sunroof-compiler

Rename package, and put the active stuff and the Kansas comet specific stuff into in new repos (sunroof-active and sunroof-server).

I would picture the following package strucure:

• sunroof - As a meta package that installs everything sunroof related (This is not the current sunroof repo).
• sunroof-compiler - Contains the compiler all core data types and the API bindings for Javascript (The current repo renamed).
• sunroof-server - Contains the kansas-comet related parts of Sunroof.
• sunroof-active - Contains the animation related parts of Sunroof.

This would lead to the following overall dependencies:
