Develop a proof-of-concept CVM client and invoke it via the JSON interface

Develop a CVM client in a language other than cakeml that can interact with the cakeml-extracted CVM via its JSON interface.

Build and execute the client, showing successful request/response sessions (remote executions of Copland phrases)

This may require (in the new client programming language) at least:

• [x] A representation of copland syntax
• [x] JSON encoders/decoders
• [x] TCP/IP comms utility libs
