Evidence Type and Constructor Renaming #66

Create a new RFC on the Copland Wiki for renaming the Evidence type in Copland as well as the constructors mt, nn, uu, ss

Further we should consider the propagation of these changes on the ConcreteEvidence and AppraisalEvidence types and possible renaming for those as well
