We are writing to inform you that your April 2015 usage statistics will not be delivered as expected. At the end of March, we encountered an unexpected limitation of our portal monitoring system. The log table into which we have been tracking portal queries and downloads grew too large. The result was very similar to attempting to add more water to a bucket already filled with water - the April statistics simply overflowed and we were unable to capture them.
We are actively implementing a solution to this issue and the good news is that we will have our monitoring functional in time to provide you with usage statistics for May when those reports are generated in early June.
As a reassurance, the statistics already captured (up through March 31st, 2015) have been retained.
