Reboot coloration. #15

The project seems abandoned but people still want it to work. I've performed a few fixes to make it work for me on Ruby 2.2.2. Hope it helps others.

Hey there. I have to admit I can't find enough time to keep maintaining it.

@gavinlaking you did a great job here. I'm giving you write access to this repo because it looks like you can do more good things for the project at the moment than me.

I'm happy to resurrect coloration.ku1ik.com. Last time I checked it couldn't boot because I upgraded stack on Heroku and coloration/coloration-web didn't like ruby > 1.9.

Cool :+1: I'll merge this branch, and do a bit of spring cleaning of the repo with subsequent pull requests. If you get a chance to relaunch coloration.ku1ik.com that'll be great :-)
