Avoid necessity of large data files in package

The examples for analyze_parameter_scan and plot_parameter_scan require either

• to actually run a parameter scan, which tends to be calculation intensive
• to have results of a previous parameter scan stored and ready to load.

Both approaches can be significantly improved, if the number of simulated years is reduced.
