Sincere apologies if our webtool has caused any inconvenience. Have you tried uploading them individually, instead of as multiple sheets? Another option that will be quicker would be to convert your file as .csv for the webtool to read. Hope it helps.

Since I can't select which sheet to read in my RNA counts file, none of my data is read and I can't progress any further with the platform. I've been checking every week for a few weeks to see if it would resolve itself but nothing has changed.
