issue: nested furigana #1

You have issues disabled, so there's no real way to report this.

I feel like reporting upstream is not very honest when i'm not really using their code. Plus that project is dead.

quite often, the extension produces nested furigana. Sometimes the two readings differ, but often they are the same and it's just confusing.

It would be nice if it showed the two variants only when they differ, or at least made this configurable. The individual kanji's reading is usually not what you want when it's a compound.

It'd also be nice if you enabled issues

Issue enabled, sorry I didn't notice that before. For this issue, I think it's a trivial problem and I has no free time to do this. Maybe you can make an PR?
