add tp-wn726 wifi adapter support #76

perfect solve the problem of high level kernel version occured： Vendor request req:07 off:0730 failed:-110 I just test on my tp-wn726 and i guess it works on other platform which chip used mt7601u. This is my first pull request ,if problem happens,let me know ,thanks,lets kali go.

We can't just disable the functionality everywhere. For some devices it's supposedly beneficial.
