Is this a new buy one ?

I have the same problem on Fedora 38 with a 5 years one.

On Windows 10, sometimes also failed.

My solution is unplug and re-plug, unplug and re-plug, unplug and re-plug...

n is unplug and re-plug, unplug and re-plug, unplug and re-plug...

It doesn't work for me, my wireless usb card never get recognized in openwrt system, but it can be recognized in my old Windows 7 or Windows 11 system without issue.

does your adapter have a embedded flash chip which stores driver of Windows? and when you plug the adapter into Windows, it will be first recognized as a Virtual CD-ROM device, then you can open the CD-ROM and double click setup.exe to install the driver. after that, the adapter will be drived and begin to work normally

It is an USB Wifi adaptor (no need of driver), no need to install driver in Windows
