[NEXT] Update side-bar responsive layout #12

Update sidebar:

  1. Add responsive layout for mobile, simple mockup is in attachement

@bloodvez, @Iogsotot, please check that UI works well on ios/android devices, directly on your device.

To open the deployed app on the device:

  1. go to cmd
  2. type ipconfig
  3. find your ipv4 address
  4. go to <your ip>:<tcp-port>
