Describe the bug when hkubectl fail to get the algorithm or pipeline name from the command getting

Gets an pipeline by name

Positionals:
  name  The name of the algorithm

hkubectl algorithm get <name>

Gets an algorithm by name

hkubectl exec algorithm green-alg
hkubectl exec algorithm [name]
