Describe the bug when rerunning "cashed" "debug" pipeline the "debug" disappear and the pipeline executed as "cashed" without debug

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

To Reproduce

  1. execute "simple" pipe
  2. open the completed job and select the "yellow" node and click the debug button
  3. stop or debug the created job
  4. rerun it - expect to be able to debug it
