Make tasks(algorithm run) logs more accessible

• [x] User should be able to toggle between two views, elastic and pod, pod should be disabled once the pod is down.
• [x] Logs from pod should show the latest line first, limit the logs to 500 lines, and give indication if limit was crossed.
• [x] Logs from elastic should allow querying and link to kibana with a query for the task. (https://dev1.hkube.io/system/kibana/app/kibana#/dashboard)
• [x] while worker container and algorunner container haven't connected , show the algorunner pods output when querying pod for logs.
• [x] if algorunner docker image does not exist show in logs of task

1.Run simple_batch and select the yellow node. When selecting batch node ui collapse. Happens for any node that has not ran yet.

2. Getting from elastic doesn't work for logs created recently, last day/hour.
3. Kibana default url in helm should be set to "https://cd.hkube.io/system/kibana"
4. Pods logs are shown in ascending order

Using the Kibanurl link doesn't work. got message: "unable to parse url" and only the dates filter apply.
