Issues with redirects without trailing "/" in URL's

In the hkube site repo, kube-HPC/kube-HPC.github.io, redirects come without the base URL, at responseHeader.Location in a 301 request

Issue is devided to two parts - Upon a redirect, intercept the request :

[ ] Add base_url to url prefix
[ ] Decide if it's a file ( . ending ) or url, and add trailing slash to url-type requests
