Sorting 'failed-to-create' algorithms in algorithms tab. #1977

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When some algorithms are not being allocated to the cluster for various reasons, it is hard to see all of them in the algorithms tab.

Describe the solution you'd like A way to filter/sort by algorithms with an issue

Describe alternatives you've considered A checkmark, or a filter by column

Additional context below is an image of the algorithm in question

Consider pre-sorting in client side wiuth "sticky" algorithms.
