Describe the bug Unable to store readme, returns error 409 {"error":{"code":409,"message":"algorithm alg-test20 already exists"}}

Expected behavior Show readme on algorithm tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit Algorithm
  2. Submit
