building algorithm with minHotWorkers >0 raze an error in the task executor #981

HKube micro-service Task Executor

Describe the bug while the algorithm is being built the task executor and the image is not available the Task executor to start the non-exsit image the error Unable to create job spec. algorithmImage is required
