[RFE] Add jobSummary for index sub-command as well #76

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to capture jobSummary when an index sub-command is ran for capturing custom workload metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like To make sure that the jobSummary gets indexed for index subcommand as well.

Additional context At this point in time, it will be immediately useful to capture some job details for loaded-upgrades that we do as a part of our OCP readout testing.
