@Silvest89 Could it be that your changes are not yet shipped in the latest versions? Please could you check?
@mysticaltech 1.29 is actually compatible with older kube versions :P I think they only published my feature in the 1.29 and onwards
@Silvest89 Ok good to know, so this can be closed then, as fixed starting in autoscaler v1.29.0.
@schlichtanders For context, we have our own fork https://github.com/kube-hetzner/autoscaler that was needed while the changes that @Silvest89 made to the mother repo were shipped, they have a slow release cycle.
Description
The cluster autoscaler does not even start, but shows error:
Failed to create Hetzner manager:
HCLOUD_CLOUD_INITis not specified
On cluster autoscaler version 1.29.0 this error does not appear, however that version also does not work (for other reasons).
