The Brew form for Packer mentioned in the readme is disabled. According to Hashicorp's documentation, the new form is hashicorp/tap/packer.

Error message:

brew install packer
Error: packer has been disabled because it will change its license to BUSL on the next release! It was disabled on 2024-09-27.
