Add Shulker to list of Open Source adopters #52

Shulker is a Kubernetes operator for managing complex and dynamic Minecraft infrastructures.

I originally wrote this project in Rust 2 years ago but gave up mostly because RLS was a nightmare with VSCode. So I moved to Go, but I was really missing the Rust language. So not so long ago I re-moved everything to Rust using kube-rs and I must say that I was never that productive before. I submit a backlink to my work, but TBH, all credits are for you. Thank you!

Also sorted the list of open source and companies to be more readable.

glad to hear that it feels better now. things have come a long way on both the rust side and kube side.
