Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Roadmap was updated 2 years ago and on last row is information about BFD as additional feature. Do you have some news about that?

Describe the solution you'd like Implements BFD for BGP sessions.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is no alternative (except BGP timers if failure happen)

Unfortunately this hasn't been implemented upstream, so it would require a separate implementation of BFD.. not impossible, but will require some significant work.
