[FR] Add Helm Repo #93

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's annoying when Helm Charts aren't available online so they can be added with helm repo add.

Describe the solution you'd like Add Helm repo for this project backed by GitHub pages.

Describe alternatives you've considered Not using this Operator or its Chart.

I have been helping a little towards this end. @kubealex seems enthusiastic about moving in the direction you are suggesting.

I know for now you can clone the repo, cd to the [helm-charts/k8s-mediaserver](https://github.com/kubealex/k8s-mediaserver-operator/tree/master/helm-charts/k8s-mediaserver) directory.

From there you can helm [install|template] <release-name> ./
