Welcome 1.25 #75

Added the required modifications to work with 1.25:

Adaptded the ClusterConfiguration/JoinConfiguration to match deprecaction of v2beta
Some polishing in VM generation
Updated packages to match compatibility matrix

MetalLB and rook are still not working due to changes in PSP. cri-o not supported at this time as it's not yet packaged for 1.25
