Update identifier for KubeArmor plugin

I don't see the actions for triggering a Packer integration release notification job. If you could merge in these actions after merging in these changes you can trigger a notification release job to ingest the plugin documentation into the Packer integration portal. Please let me know if you have any questions or run into any hurdles with the action.

Yes. The manual allows you to update documentation without a release. Where the tag triggers automatically on release
