[Bug] Recommended values wrong in CSV

Description

If I set custom right sizing recommendations in savings:insights:request-sizing page, the custom values show up correctly on the webpage, but if I download the CSV it seems to keep the old default values for recommendations.

Steps to reproduce

1. set custom values for request right-sizing recommendations

Expected behavior

get custom values in the CSV file instead of the default ones.

Thanks for reaching out on this issue. This has been previously reported and our engineering team is aware of the discrepancy between the UI and the downloaded csv. A possible resolution for this is set to be included in our 2.5 release. We don't have an ETA on the release just yet but I will update you as we continue to get more information.
