[Bug] cost-model image not available on aws ecr for release 2.3.2

Description

The cost-model image from the amazon image registry is not available for release 2.3.2. At the same time, the image for the frontend appeared with the release, so I assume that something went wrong in the release process.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install kubecost 2.3.2 on EKS with help of helm and eks values .
2. New deployment in ImagePullBackoff status.

Expected behavior

To make the image for all 2.3.2 containers appear in the aws ecr registry.

Impact

Can't install the eks optimised version of release 2.3.2.
