Send alerts to ServiceNow when there's a savings opportunity for a given ns or cluster and allow for filters #77

What problem are you trying to solve? Bring awareness across teams of savings and optimization opportunities.

Describe the solution you'd like Send an alert that opens up a ticket in service now when a defined threshold of total savings opportunity is met. Similar to what we have for budget threshold and similar to what we have for Allocation Efficiency except for savings opportunities. We could use the metrics provided in the Request-right-sizing recommendations:

Describe alternatives you've considered Creating an alert for Allocation Efficiency which when the metric drops below the threshold, the team is alerted to investigate. This could hint that they're over provisioned.

How would users interact with this feature? They would create an alert in the UI. Define a savings threshold or choose a recommended default amount/percentage and when this threshold is crossed, send an alert to service now.

@mmurph3 This is definitely in our roadmap! We will try to tackle this in a future release.
