Edge AI Benchmark: add step by step instructions for users to benchmark their works

I suggest to add step by step instructions for users to benchmark their works, e.g. where to download the data, how to format their results, how to run the test codes, where to upload their codes/results, etc. It will be great, if we can provide scripts/tools to automate the whole process. This will reduce the overhead of benchmarking and make Edge AI Benchmark user friendly;
