Edge AI Benchmark: add “leaderboard/forum” #120

In a future version, I suggest to add “leaderboard/forum” for academic and industrial users to publish their latest progresses and discuss feedbacks/questions/concerns about data, metrics, benchmarks, and algorithms, etc. This may attract more interests about Cloud-Edge AI, Sedna , related learning schemas and scenarios.
