Blog post for KF 1.5 #116

PR for the blogpost, after the revert in https://github.com/kubeflow/blog/pull/115

This also includes the proposed fix from @james-jwu https://github.com/kubeflow/blog/pull/114#discussion_r831392889. Once we merge it with the normal lgtm/approve flow this should trigger the post-submit jobs and the blog post will get posted.
