Add Joshs edits #137

This is to replace the current open PR https://github.com/kubeflow/blog/pull/136 @jbottum has a problem with the git setting and asked me to help with the edits.

In addition to Josh's edit from the previous PR, it also removes info about forming a docs team that was discussed in the last community meeting as it's not an official agreed effort.
