Improve styling of markdown pages

While working on the blog post #31; I noticed that the styling at least in the Netlify preview wasn't as good (in my oppinion) as the default styling in my local viewer or in the Kubeflow website.

I'm guessing there is some theme; styles that we need to tweak. Could we copy over styling from our website?

I attached a rendering of how it looks in my local viewer. Something's I noticed

• Text appears to be centered on the page and of fixed width; it won't wrap to the full width of my monitor if I maximize my screen
• For the table; rows alternate in background color between white and light gray

This was because I was missing front matter which specifies the layout which causes a template to be hydrated.
