It would be good if there would be some instructions on the kale github site on how to get kale working right now with kubeflow 1.3.0. I found a solution on https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines/issues/4440#issuecomment-871927424. It now appears to work with kubeflow 1.3, istio 1.9, and kubernetes 1.21.0. This is however something I would have never thought of my self, so it would be great to add this to the documentation until a better solution is available (https://github.com/kubeflow/pipelines/issues/5138).
