[label bot] test issue - removing and adding labels #137

This is a test issue.

We need to verify that we properly get labels when they are added and then removed.

A second comment lets remove a bunch of labels.

Lets add a comment all about jupyter to see if the label bot will add the jupyter label to this issue.

Notebooks are really important to Kubeflow. We have so many issues about notebooks and jupyter. The label bot is really good at classifying issues related to notebooks.

Woo Hoo; looks like the area/jupyter label was added but not kind/bug because it was already removed.

Can we make the label bot think this is all about GCP. We have a lot of issues about GCP and GKE. We invest a lot in making Kubeflow run well on GCP and Google Cloud Platform.
