Deprecate the Feature Store SIG Meeting from calendar #618

In the Kubeflow Calendar there's an event for Feature Store SIG Meeting. Looking at the notes it looks like the last update was done in 2021.

I wanted to change the time for the Manifests WG meeting and move it on Thursdays but noticed that there's conflict with this event. So wanted to understand if it makes sense to completely remove the Feature Store meeting, if it's not used anymore.

You can close the SIG. It's inactive.
