Who is the Audience:

The CNCF member/vendors who offer kubeflow.... can say they offer OFFICIAL kubeflow.

Who governs KubeFlow:

The kubeflow steering committee (https://github.com/kubeflow/internal-acls/blob/master/github-orgs/kubeflow/org.yaml#L980-L987)

How do we define / test kubeflow: There are some old document around this:

For distributions to be called "kubeflow distrubutions" we still need further exploration.

Questions from the kubeflow community:

Why do we even need to do this?
What does the CNCF provide?
What are other examples of projects that have gone through this?
