Use YouTube Channel for WG Meetings #717

On the last Kubeflow Community call we discussed what YouTube channel we should use to upload WG calls.

We can create separate YouTube Channel: Kubeflow Working Groups for all working groups + community calls, and use the main Kubeflow YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@Kubeflow for release updates, summits, global announcements, etc. That will help us to keep the main Kubeflow YouTube channel clean, and give users single place to view all recordings from other community calls.

Currently, each WG use different resources to upload videos:

Also, we should discuss how we can automate the publishing for the WG calls?

Thoughts @kubeflow/wg-training-leads @kubeflow/wg-automl-leads @kubeflow/wg-notebooks-leads @kubeflow/kubeflow-steering-committee @kubeflow/wg-pipeline-leads @kubeflow/wg-data-leads @kubeflow/wg-manifests-leads ?

+1 and as mentioned in an earlier community meeting, can we grant YouTube Manager role to a designated person in a given WG to upload the recordings?

Currently for Model Registry we are using my channel (unlisted videos, linked in meeting notes) as advised in a previous community call, but if a designated channel is available, I'd be very happy to move the meeting recordings over!

One option is to repurpose the "Kubeflow Dojo" channel, which is where the community calls have been uploaded for the past few years:

We can rename it, and convert it to a brand account.

Sure, I am happy to re-use Kubeflow Dojo if we can rename it to Kubeflow Working Groups.

@thesuperzapper Can we grant appropriate permission to the corresponding WG leads in this channel?

@andreyvelich I have converted the Kubeflow Dojo into a "brand account" which will let us add people (via their google accounts) as "editors" who can upload videos, but not change other channel settings (or delete videos).

However, as I only just converted it, they want me to wait 7 days before adding people as a security measure.

Until then, we can discuss the name/branding, I think we should call it: Kubeflow Community, Kubeflow Contributors, or Kubeflow Developers, so it can be about contributing to Kubeflow, as opposed to the user-facing account which is called Kubeflow.
