[katib-ui] Interactive graph with toggle specific hyperparameters in experiment page

When describing a katib experiment page, there is one graph showing all trials with its objective metric and all hyperparameters.

However, I think sometimes user would like to hide some hyperparameters on graph interactively to focus on some specific hyperparameters

Such hiding hyperparameters feature has nothing to do with feature importance, selecting which parameters to hide is user's choice. I think it would be better if user could hide all hyperparameters or metrics(if there were many additional-objective metric)
