Operator Hub Update #458

Hi community, Thank you for the good work in kfctl to make life easier. I have tried to use https://operatorhub.io/operator/kubeflow to deploy the kubeflow. But the version is pretty legacy on the operator hub. Is it possible to have an update on the hub?

we are on process on getting the newest changes merged there.

Thanks @moficodes. @RyanSiu1995 1.2.0 is pending approval in this PR https://github.com/operator-framework/community-operators/pull/2734, so it should be in soon.
