Description of your changes:

Upgrade knative (used latest versions for v1.12 stream):

Serving to v1.12.4
Extension to v1.12.3
Eventing to v1.12.6

Add sync-knative-manifests.sh script to automate the manifests synchronization (used for https://github.com/kubeflow/manifests/pull/2709/commits/231c54335cb925e2faccf880f753b374ffea5148)
