Evaluate KF Metadata blog post (https://blog.kubeflow.org/jupyter/2020/10/01/lineage.html)

Everything has a version
Everything has a UUID
Use externalized protos
Everything derives from abstract base class
Everything supports extensibility within type
Ability to write your own custom types that derive from abstract base class
Everything based on protos (hosted externally)
Build tooling to go from proto to auto-generated system libraries
