Rename Go module name to 'github.com/kubeflow/mpi-operator' #506

As discussed in https://github.com/kubeflow/mpi-operator/pull/502#issuecomment-1403515209, I renamed the Go module name to 'github.com/kubeflow/mpi-operator'.
