Create CI pipeline for the exmaple images #541

Currently, we build and publish only the operator image on CI.

So, we need to create CI pipelines to build and publish example images.

Clarification: they are not just examples, but also base images

I'd like to pass this issue to the next release (v0.5.0). This means we don't work on this in v0.4.0.
