[bug] GCP RLHF pipeline 2.6.0 with text-bison@001 produce a broken model.

Environment

How do you deploy Kubeflow Pipelines (KFP)?
KFP version:
KFP SDK version: 2.4.0
google-cloud-pipeline-components version: 2.6.0

Steps to reproduce

Open an RLHF LLM Tuning DEMO notebook
Make sure using ver 2.6.0! pip3 install --user --upgrade --quiet google-cloud-pipeline-components==2.6.0
Make sure using model text-bison@001
Pipeline finished with OK status
Go to model registry and on DEPLOY/TEST tab try to run a prompt to new model
Get ERROR 500 from GCP Console UI

Expected result

While text-bison@001 model tuned with with same pipeline ver: 2.5.0 works normally ! pip3 install --user --upgrade --quiet google-cloud-pipeline-components==2.5.0
