[bug] Local deployment is not working #10994

Environment

Local deployment is getting stuck on image pull backoff. The images are not present in the defined registry

Error response from daemon: manifest for gcr.io/ml-pipeline/frontend:dummy not found: manifest unknown: Failed to fetch "dummy" from request "/v2/ml-pipeline/frontend/manifests/dummy".

Expected result

Kubeflow pipelines should get installed locally
